Waste of money
Do not waste your money. Not much more information than a pamphlet. Too basic. The pages are double spaced and a very large typeface with very wide margins.
Only good thing about this book is the cover. It is beautiful.

If you want to change you life then read this book!
I really love this book. It has helped me to be a better person, more productive and I've even lost 16 pounds so far. Dr. Dyer's philosophy is just brilliant. No more self-defeating thoughts. This book will help you even if you think it is too late to change your ways. This is a life changing book.
