Beautiful item as described. Very happy. Lovely seller with quick postage. Though the item was very well packaged and bubble wrapped for delivery, it unfortunately did arrive bent at the stalk so it’s broken the ceramic at the back a bit but I’ve bent it back into place to sit straight and am still very happy with it. Item arrived not well wrapped where seller only used a scrap of bubble wrap instead of securing it in a better manner. EBay have refunded the cost but I will need to dispose of this item as the damage is beyond repair by Swarovski who can only attach parts where the glue has failed not where the parts have been broken off. DISAPPOINTED.

I refunded the item, not eBay! The “scrap” of bubble wrap provided ample protection, but not against bad handling in transit, where couriers fail to follow good practice.

Sturdy & Versatile
Instructions were a little hard to follow, but eventually worked it out. Would recommend two people to put it together, as tightening the bolts was a bit fiddly. Solid construction, and once built is very useful, with or without the green liner. Some people have mentioned that the liner is smelly! I found it not unpleasant, rather like coal tar, and is not in my opinion worth marking down for. It will fade away with time anyway. As we have a large garden, I found it great for transporting logs, and will use it instead of the wheelbarrow, for moving garden rubbish to the compost heap. Shipping was very fast, arriving earlier than expected, which was great. Value for money, at a very good price. Highly recommended.
