NAMASTE
I’ve Grandchildren & 3 dogs all whom track mud into the house. As well as spilling food onto my furniture. It did an AWESOME job of cleaning up the mess on my cream couch. The 1st pic is a 1st & 2nd attempts of trying to clean with another machine (didn’t work, I returned that machine) as well as scrubbing by hand (also didn’t work) The 2nd pic is the after cleaning! I also, let the agent stay on for twice as long prior to cleaning this time. Sprays works EXCELLENTLY; as well as the suction! I wish the opening for the suctioning we’re bigger/wider. But, regardless it still did a great job. I Love the portability and the two separate tanks. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND IT

Height, sat to high up
It didn’t sit low enough to close gently...I had to bang on it to get it to semi close. Other than that I was happy with the price/product & quantity

Sharp tips
Love the color, value & mostly bc the tips are very sharp. The lil case is cute, but somewhat difficult to open...but, once u figure it out (opens one way only) yr good to go. As usual, when it comes to taking a pic...unless I do it right away...I misplace the tools🤦🏽♀️
