A very good third party lens for Nikon
I'm more than happy with this lens, from its very wide angle at 12 mm to its sharpness; it's a little soft at the edges when wide-open, but improving when stopping down 1- 2 stops.
For some $700 AUD, I think it represents excellent value for money.
Only professionals will opt for the genuine Nikon lens and even then, they'll miss out on the 12mm end and will have to pay a lot more.
For my part, this lens is an excellent all-rounder for wide-angle applications with a full-frame Nikon camera.

Good quality receiver, but perhaps not the best in AM reception.
Does what it is supposed to, it pulls stations with weak signals, although my older and smaller Sangean 633 does just as well, if not a little better. I was hoping for something much better when I ordered the Tecsun 880, but I was disappointed. Perhaps an AM aerial might eliminate the interference noise (to be fair, my place is low-lying and surrounded by hills and tall buildings). I have yet to try it outdoors in an elevated area. An external AM aerial jack should have been included.
