Took 9 days to arrive from date of purchase. But otherwise happy with the item. Didn't realise it was part of Amazon. Doesn't say anywhere on site that it's from Amazon. More communication would be better.

Send untracked so you have no idea when it’s coming then tells you it got damaged in transit & will have to wait 50-60 days for replacement or refund. My fault for trusting a low rated seller

No ‘sorry, we actually didn’t send it’; no ‘sorry, we are out of stock; no ‘it must have been lost in the mail’. I have a feeling that if I didn’t make contact, they would have kept my money and hoped I forgot I ordered something. At least the refund was processed quickly. 0 stars
