Item was as described, but being a non tracked item, had no way of knowing when it would arrive. Took 9 days to arrive from date of purchase. But otherwise happy with the item. Didn't realise it was part of Amazon. Doesn't say anywhere on site that it's from Amazon. More communication would be better.

Like other feedback you'll see here the seller sent without registering the item and it didn't arrive I waited a month and realized it had not arrived so I contacted them and immediately received either the option to wait for new stock or a refund I opted for a refund I just wonder if that's how this seller works the items are quite cheap and it's very easy for people to forget they order them if they don't arrive I wonder how many sales they make and how many don't arrive so they make 100% of

Very disappointed. No communication from them until I chased up the order. Send untracked so you have no idea when it’s coming then tells you it got damaged in transit & will have to wait 50-60 days for replacement or refund. My fault for trusting a low rated seller

Waited four weeks for order to arrive after being ‘sent’, then contacted seller; refunded two days later with no explanation. No ‘sorry, we actually didn’t send it’; no ‘sorry, we are out of stock; no ‘it must have been lost in the mail’. I have a feeling that if I didn’t make contact, they would have kept my money and hoped I forgot I ordered something. At least the refund was processed quickly. 0 stars
