    Everything came well packaged (Like best packaging that I think I could be in the same box and not shake around in a delivery van. The seller also had great communication with me. The product looked like it was pictured and was shipped in a timely fashion. I would recommend this seller to anyone :)

    very prompt delivery, perfect packaging, a small problem, it had a tool, it was a little scratched which I was not informed about, I would have preferred to know about this problem before. Maybe in the future I will look for this seller again but I will ask for more details.

    There was minor damage on the driver surround and a dented dust cap on one of the two speakers I ordered. USPS took 5 days to get it from near Columbus to Cleveland (a five hour drive). I'm just sayin! Neither problem attributable to the seller. It was shipped quickly, the product is functional as described and the price was right. Sorta wish sellers would start shipping UPS.

    At first I thought I was intentionally giving a non functional DS but I ended up being given a refund after I expressed my issue! I was impatient and sent a bad review at first but after they got back to me and resolved the issue the best way they could and I greatly appreciate that and it wasn’t much of a waste at all!
