VERY GOOD FOR LIGHT FROM PENLIGHT
TERRIFIC FOR LIGHT OUTPUT, HAS ONE LARGE PROBLEM. VERY HARD TO TURN ON. USE A HOLE PUNCH (LIKE FOR PAPER) PUNCH OUT THREE HOLES FROM A FILE HOLDER, OR SOMETHING PROX THICKNESS, UNSCREW RUBBER CAP, PLACE SMALL CUTOUTS IN CAP AND SCREW BACK ON. NOW IT WILL WORK JUST WONDERFULLY.
