I am not a big business, but rather a disabled pensioner just trying to supplement my income with a few meagre earnings from eBay sales. I am the carer for an elderly gent with a severe neurological disorder, and step-father to a lovely young lass with Down syndrome. I've been buying and selling online since April 2000, and have compiled a plethora of transactions in that time. As a former storeman and packer, and also a former courier and Australia Post employee, I understand full well (and have personally witnessed) how parcels are treated in transit. I also know perfectly, what it takes to ensure your new acquisition arrives undamaged. I know that more packaging definitely doesn't equate to less damage - completely immobilising the goods equates to less damage. As a result, I can 100% guarantee that my packaging efforts are quite possibly the best you will ever see.

A very good price for a Spiderman movie. Quick processing by seller as it arrived within the week, on the first day of the given delivery dates. It was packaged well in bubble wrap envelope, no damage during transit, and the disc looked to be in new condition. A bonus for me was the packing slip / invoice, to let me know what, who, when etc, plus the seller had included a personal message of thanks. I'm really impressed with this seller. Thank you

This DVD was posted in a plain paper envelope with no packaging whatsoever. Only pure dumb luck got it to me undamaged. A padded mailer is not only more appropriate, but also cheaper than the paper envelope used. 80gsm paper offers no protection at all, so unless you really want to test just how badly Australia Post can smash up your items, I'd seriously suggest finding another seller who has respect for whatever you've purchased, and doesn't skimp on packaging. Very poor form indeed!
