Disappointing Sound from Bose
3 of 16 found this helpful I bought these with high hopes for great sound, but they can’t compete with a pair of Jaybird Freedoms I got around the same time.
It’s really not even close. The Jaybirds have a much better soundstage and a flatter response. They image like a good pair of over the ear headphones and, even though they’re Bluetooth, I actually enjoy listening to them.
The Bose SoundSports don’t image nearly as well, and they are way too heavy in the bass. The sound is okay, but nothing special, and a real disappointment from Bose.
Build quality on the Bose is only so so. I didn’t have them long enough to experience problems myself, but I’ve seen pictures of them falling apart. The Jaybirds, by comparison, feel quite rugged.
The only place the Bose headphones win out is in initial comfort. The Jaybirds take a lot of fussing and fitting. Once you the Jaybirds right, they’re great, but the Bose seemed to fit comfortably right out of the box.
I’ve owned Bose QC-15 around the ear headphones for years and they’re one of my favorite headsets. I bought the SoundSports because I was hoping they would be similarly outstanding. But I guess not. I sent the SoundSports back and kept the Jaybirds.

Rolls Royce or Race Car? Maybe both!
The Designare series is Gigabyte's top of the line motherboard. It's extremely well built and has literally everything you could want. You can feel the quality. The audio plugs are not mere plastic, they're brass, for heavens sake. Whether you're building a gaming computer or a high end workstation, you really can't go wrong with this motherboard.

High Quality
This case is beautifully made. Nice leather outside with microfiber inside. It fits an iPad 9.7 with or without the Brydge keyboard. It also has an outside pocket for other small items.
