Excellent unit, excellent value.
This Omron does everything that I need. Importantly, it detects irregular heart beats. The upper arm cuff is adjustable to all expected arm sizes, up to 42 cm. Usually, I have had to buy a large cuff at an additional cost. The whole unit, including the cuff is small, so easily packed in luggage.

Nice unit overall.
The unit is well make, has a light to indicate it has power, and the 3m cable length is very useful.

Why buy anything else.
Essentially the same product as the original, in my opinion.
