Great pot for large cuts of meat. Moist and juicy in a short time.
Once I figured out how to operate the pot Its fine. It came without a manual. I ask for one but have yet to receive. Did research on line and found no manuals for that pot. Found an Elite 8QT with same controls and downloaded that manual and seems to work.
Works great for large cuts of meat.

Good value, but not complete.
Came to me with a defective boom clamp that I had to buy. Value was still under a
$100.
