The 2 umbrellas I bought were shipped in a simple thin plastic bag. They arrived bent and broken (both of them), completelly unusefull. They looked like used items, with traces of rust in the fabric. I've sent pictures and explained the situation, but the seller refused to full refund. Avoid!!!
