Smaller than most Lemax buildings
Smaller than most Lemax and dept 56 buildings. Not worth the overpriced bidding on eBay.

good looking but not functional
it is a beautiful piece exteriorly but the lights on the tree keeps flashing on and off. it does not stay on which is annoying. Like many department 56 retired buildings, the motors often do not work. The skater only moves very intermittently along the track. Maybe 10% of the time, it decides to move even though it is sitting on the track correctly. overall, a little disappointing given how expensive they resale for.
