After receiving the package today, it was noted that although the outer package was in good condition, the inner package was soaked. As per attached photos, the box appeared to be sticky taped together in an attemp to disguise any damage. However, it was so wet that it fell apart as I removed it from the outer package. All the contents including any documents and instructions are unusable due to them being soaked. This is unacceptable and I expect a replacement or a refund ASAP.
