Inexpensive but Latch is light duty

Hinges are rugged but pivot pins can slip out as there is no c clip or cotter pin. I drilled them and installed stainless cotter pins. Latch is made with light gauge metal and rivots. It looks like it will rust out over time. It would be nice if this was made more rugged as I would pay 20-30% more if it was. This is made in China. I would also pay more if it was made in the good ol USA!

Good deal

Fits Alorist tool post fine. For 1” or 3/4” boring bar. I have 5/8” boring bars so I made a 1” to 5/8” bushing and it works fine. Very rugged holder holds the tool perfectly.
