The items were described as "immaculate" - they were not. Some pieces (not many) were missing. Some pieces had been glued together. The majority of the instruction booklets were creased. All the boxes were held closed with sellotape (damaging the box) and also quite creased. I contacted the seller to request a resolution - they were polite - but wouldn't accept any wrongdoing.

Great little tool with surprisingly good results!
This tongue cleaner has surprised me.....i didn't read the description originally and so I thought I was buying a metal tongue scraper...when it came, I thought it would be useless, but its just as good if not better than a metal one as its not so harsh on your tongue, but still gets the job done efficiently.... would recommend it much more so than the last metal one I had....

Time consuming...
If you have the time to sit and cut these out yourself then they are fab, but if, like me, you have little time spare then these are time consuming and really irritatingly fiddly....

More suction on a gnat!
This product does not do any of what it says it will....it doesn't have the suction power....terrible product wish I hadn't wasted my money!
