How to communicate to enhance all areas of your life so everybody wins!
I absolutely LOVE this book. (I have the audio version.) It was recommended to me to actually own it & at first I thought it was for business, but it really does apply to life in general. I know publishing companies like to put catchy phrases on the front that catch attention, but Roger Dawson focuses on negotiating to get to a win-win solution. It could be titled "How to be assertive" to give a good description of how it can be used throughout your life. The skills Roger Dawson teaches here should be general education they're so helpful! I highly recommend this to anyone that isn't satisfied with any area of their own life!

Runs small!
This is adorable & super cute, however, per the size chart, I ordered what would be a Misses size small, when it's really a Junior's size small. I hope to be able to wear it one day. Right now, it doesn't fit & I may have to simply give it away, which stinks.

Great buy!
This is a true fit, per Junior sizing. I got a M, I did need to iron it, but once I did, it hangs beautifully & fits slightly big in a true to size as a Junior M is slightly big on me. I love the way it looks & I love the way it feels! It's super-soft, a lovely t-shirt material. I didn't notice if it was pre-shrunk, but I will probably wash on gentle & hang to dry. I highly recommend! :D
