Doll and accessories were loose inside the box. I also think the doll was displayed at some point because the body has a few small scratches. Shipping was fast so A+ for shipping.

Great Printer for the Money
0 of 1 found this helpful I've only had the printer for a couple of weeks. it arrived on time and was packaged very well.
Assembly is required and isn't to difficult. Instructions are included but could be improved. The first step is to insert 4 screws but it doesn't tell you where they go and it's not obvious. The other area of improvement is connecting the wiring. It basically says to connect. Again doesn't tell or show you what goes where. I would never have figured it out. Had to have the hubs do it. He was able to figure it out. The printer comes with a tool kit and extra screws. I didn't need the screws, but I appreciated they sent extra just in case.
The printer itself works great and is very sturdy and quiet. Geeetech has printing/slicing software available - Easy Print. I have not been able to print using it. The controller flashes between the home page and their logo and beeps and will not print. I tried copying the model to the included micro SD card and it still would not print. I am current using Cura. It's a free download. Initially when trying to print with the printer connected using the included USB I got the same results as I did with Easy Print - flashing and beeping. When I saved the file directly to the micro SD card it prints with no issues.
The controller screen is pretty straight forward and is large enough to be easy to read.
Overall, I'm very pleased with the printer. However, interfacing with the printer has been very challenging and frustrating. It's not a plug and play kind of thing. There are lots of options and setting in the various printing/slicing software and very little documentation explaining what the impact is on the print.
