EPSON RX620 Printer
Many great things about this printer. Easy to just do a copy, fairly nice quality, cartridges are cheap if you buy in bulk. (I get all cartridges for about $1.25 each.) At this price, I do not worry too much about it using a little bity more ink. But you can reduce it buy changing the quality of the printout. Now the downs,... The paper holder on the back is not too terribly strong and it broke. I used some glue to fix it but it will not hold up if I move it or bump it. As everyone says, it is a bit on the slow side. Now the BIG one... If you are setting this up on Windows 7, bring a lunch and make a day of it, and you should probably know something about drivers, setting up printers and windows 7. It IS possible to set up on Windows 7 but it took a lot of work, and whatever you do, DO NOT try and set up software untilities for this printer that were written for earlier versions of Windows; it will screw up whatever you did get going and you will h ave to go through a lot to remove it before you can get the printer to work on Windows 7. As I said, IT WILL WORK in Windows 7, but it is a lot of work to get it there.
