Item had been water damaged at some point and many of the pages were stuck together and couldn't be unstuck without damaging the item.

Corgi Great Escape Spitfire 1
This is a lovely model which compliments the other Great Escape Spitfires in the collection and is a worthy tribute to Sqn Ldr Roger Bushell, the real "Big X" and brain behind The Great Escape.

Corgi DH Mosquito B.XX
A very nice model from the Corgi stable, highly detailed and beautifully finished to their usual high standard and it's interesting to note the subtle differences between the Canadian built B.XX and the British B.IV Mosquitos. Being the subject of the aircraft that Guy Gibson perished in will always bump the asking price up a bit, but it's an excellent addition to the collection of any enthusiast.
