  Seller left feedback of me being rude! I wanted full full refund after she gave half refund as the pottery was poorly wrapped and was smashed to bits! I didn’t want to pay for an item arriving smashed. eBay’s policy is a full refund for damaged item. Poor attitude from seller. If buying pottery ask for for it to be boxed and fragile on the parcel- it may hopefully arrive intact. Seller has a lot to learn about customer service.
