Very disappointed
2 of 5 found this helpful Nothing wrong with the SIM itself but I'm less than impressed that you lose unused credit after 30 days! This was not the case with the Orange SIM it's replacing and there was no mention of it in the product information available when I bought it. This makes it terrible value for money , as it's for my elderly aunt to use in emergencies.

This has made an absolutely perfect 60th birthday present for a friend! I know she’ll be delighted and will consider it an heirloom going forward.

Fantastic purchase with more pros than cons!
I bought this product to bring myself (kicking and screaming) into the 21st century! I am delighted that it has allowed me to use it, that in itself is a first! I have found it intuitive and have downloaded the apps I really needed. The only thing I find a pain is the dreadful battery life! The phone has a nasty habit of dying with no warning. In this respect, my original Razr phone was far superior. All this aside, I am very happy with my purchase and have actually bought one for my brother.
