damaged after 3 months use

I bought MK2280 from you on Ebay just since April 2017 but now the band was damaged and Dial lost some diamonds. I dont think MK watch quality was so bad like that. I used to wear a MK watch like that more than 4 years but It's still OK. I need an explanation Very Disappointed!
