SWEETPEA3 MP3 MUSIC PLAYER. Brand New

Could be great, but there is no customer support.
This could be so much better than it is if I could get some customer support. I am unable to download music/apps/videos etc. using the the google play store as the version is outdated. Simple fix would be to update the google play store...but you can't update it on this device. Also can't manage to do it in the "updates" section in settings and can't update via the Sweetpea website. I tried contacting customer service and couldn't get a response, looked into it a bit further and the company is a joke. Read the reviews, they will not respond to customers but are happy to process payments on their website. So it is a basic drag and drop mp3 player for my son. Which is better than a complete waste, I suppose. Oh and the speaker is pretty lousy quality. Sorry to the seller who sold this to me, I hate to drag down your business but the company just won't back up their product.

Awesome product!
I bought this and three other stock whips for my husband to teach the kids and they have definitely lived up to expectation. Super loud! They love them. I prefer to buy handmade or local gifts for friends and family and these were perfect.
