Wires are too short for 4’ fixtures.
This ballast had the same model number as the one I was replacing, and said it was for 4’ fixtures. It works very well once installed. I would absolutely rate it 5 stars on performance, BUT the wires aren’t long enough. There’s no way they could physically fit a 4’ fixture. I had to extend the wires (all 10 of them. Even the hot & neutral were too short!) using wires from the old ballast. If I’d noticed it from the get-go, it would have meant an extra step but not a big deal. But I didn’t. And there was a lot of drama. So just be aware. The wires are too short.
