Looks great, fits poorly….

The fit is the main issue on this item, it doesn’t sit well in the hood ornament. I still have an original clear insert and it fits like a champ, sets in and the teeth are all the way in. The new amber one, does not seat the ornament correctly and so the teeth underneath won’t come all the way through. I can BARELY get the clips to grab. Crossing my fingers that they hold.
