  The altered figurine, Mary Poppins, was received broken (see pics) and I had to glue it back together. It took 4 hours to finally get it glued in 3 spots and hopefully, to stay glued. For the time it took to fix her, and the error in packaging by the seller, I gave him a Neutral rating. She is still a beauty and I have her displayed next to a beautiful Fenton vase filled with white flowers.
