Magical and mesmerizing!
1 of 1 found this helpful I love most of the songs on this CD. I don't care too much for the battle type music, but that's only a portion of the CD, which you can easily skip past if you're not in the mood. It's arranged so that most of that type of music is all together. The songs by Imogene Heap and Alanis Morrisette are excellent!

A little too intense for listening enjoyment

I enjoyed this book!
I bought this book to read together with my teenage daughter. Mrs. Piper is very thorough in giving historic details and lots of quotes, which are the kinds of things I love, but my daughter found it to be rather dry. So I would highly recommend it for anyone college age and above. This book is better suited to reading to yourself than reading aloud to others, I think; because of the generous use of quotes, it can be hard to follow if one is just listening to it being read. I found it to be a wonderfully encouraging book!
