The only way to get into IoT
1 of 1 found this helpful If you are a tinkerer, Hobbyist, or even an entrepreneur trying to create the latest and greatest IoT thing, This board is the first place you should start.
This board is more than capable of most IoT projects (As long as you don't need more than one analogue input) and is an absolute breeze to setup and use. In addition, the community support for this board is incredible, if you want to do something with this board, chances are, someone else has probably already done it (Or something similar), has documented it and uploaded it which makes development that much easier.
While you would probably go directly for the ESP-12 module for complete projects, this board makes development and experimentation a breeze with its integrated USB connector and breadboard friendly layout.
Finally, at under $10.. How can you go wrong?

The perfect charging solution
I just picked up one of these Nyko Modular Charging Stations and all I can say is, where has this been for the last 3 years!
The installation is effortless, the product itself looks like it is part of the Playstaion, the quality is great and I finally have a charger that is so simple to use, even my kids can use it (Without breaking it like the last 3 chargers I have owned, including one that was a genuine Sony charger)
Also, because this charger passes the USB sockets to the back of the Playstation, I now love the way the Playstaion ties in with the rest of my media equipment even with peripherals connected (I hated having cables plugged into the front of the Playstaion)
