Gilad is a workout genious
I love Gilad's work out programs so I was excited to purchase this particular video. This DVD allows you to customize your own workout. I am never bored with the video as I combine the different workouts available. For example, one day I will use the warm-up, one of the sculpting workouts (ie. arms and chest) and finish off with the core abdominal workout. The following day I can combine the advanced cardio workout with the strength and balance program. This allows me to keep it varied and fun and to target trouble areas.

Fantastic Fun
A wonderful tale of adventure and creativity. The film is bound to make you laugh and is heartwarming. A must see for families.

A Beautiful and Heartwarming Film
I absolutely loved this video. It is a modern classic. Excellent cast, stunning sets and costuming and a fairy tale that everyone can relate to.
