The Victim
Always been an admirer of Dirk Bogardes acting. To take on a role portraying a homosexual at a time when it was outlawed was extremely brave considering he was one in real life. I suppose he could bring something of the anguish of being gay into the part giving it creidence. The film is also something of an historical insight into that particular era e.g. the style of clothes, design of cars, the architecture,hair styles etc. A great film, an English film, a film to be watched and then watched again.
