The under dog funk/soul CD of the century!!!!!

I had been looking for their first album on CD for a very long time only to find instead a greatest hits which contains the finest of all three of their albums which is even better. They are mostly known for "Come go with me" as this was their biggest hit but they are 19 great songs lasting 77:20 minutes on this CD which are remarkebly enjoyable. This was a local band from Baltimore Maryland that was discovered and produced by members of Earth Wind & Fire that had a few hits but never made it big undeservently so. Truly a fantastic Funk/Soul CD just awesome and five out of five stars in my book.

Glorious redemptions of "Country & Western" music.

The last review was about someone who just didn't like this type of music. Truthfully this was mastered by Steve Hoffman whether you by the aluminum or 24K Gold CD version not only does it sound great but it is Ray Charles master piece. Very few artist can take songs of other artist and make them their own. This is a must have for any Ray Charles or Country & Western music lover.

Mono doesn't get any better

Best sounding version of this Greatest Hits that i have ever heard. Mono version true to the original tapes.
