Great book, great author-caring doctor.
Dr. Hyman's wisdom and insight is wonderful for our country, too bad many and all doctors don't show this much interest and encouragement to the well being of their patients. I watched him on PBS about a month ago, and it really made me wake up and pay attention to what I am putting in my body and the amount of sugar that is in all our processed foods, that is so addicting to our minds and bodies. He is wonderful, and he just reminds us what we should be eating like..

great book
Dr. Hyman's wisdom and insight is wonderful for our country, too bad many and all doctors don't show this much interest and encouragement to the well being of their patients. I watched him on PBS about a month ago, and it really made me wake up and pay attention to what I am putting in my body and the amount of sugar that is in all our processed foods, that is so addicting to our minds and bodies. He is wonderful, and he just reminds us what we should be eating like..and gives good ideas for some healthy recipes.
