The item was advertised as "Australian Stock" which it's clearly not as it arrived with a European plug. No response from the seller regarding refund or exchange. Requested eBay to step in and resolve. Still awaiting instructions on how to return item without having to pay enormous postage (which will be more than the cost of the item). I use AliExpress a lot and their refund/return process is great - they even send a pre-paid postage label for the return. Do NOT recommend this seller - or eBay.

Yes we contacted the Seller, The Seller wouldn’t send the item, claiming Restricted freight, Dishonest Deceitful Ignorant and Arrogant Seller, had the item advertised on other sites for $150-200.00 dearer, the Seller was advertising the 24v unit from their warehouse in Sydney Australia, the first price the item was $288.00, then $362.00, now $494.00, now you explain to us why the Seller refused to sell us the item for the purchase price of $288.00 as originally advertised by the Seller
