Split a 240 volt circuit to service 2 appliances--one at a time.
I was able to split a 240 volt line to service a hot water heater or a dryer. Hardest part of the project was stuffing 14 10 gauge wires in a box. Found a grey plastic surface mounted box
(2" x 3" x 4.5") that took a switch cover.
