Printer lasted 6 months - twice
I purchased a HP 1100 a year ago and it lasted 6 months (three weeks before my daughters wedding so I needed it to print invitations, programs ect) before a light came on and I couldn’t get it to print. I e-chatted with HP India tech support and almost two hours later he decided that I needed to send it to HP to have it refurnished for $200. I liked the picture printouts so I bought another new HP1100 and now 6 months later and two weeks before Income Tax time this one has three lights flashing constantly and no promises on getting it fixed. I used 2 black cartridges and 1 set of color cartridges. So I think I’ll try PC Magazine recommendation for a Canon printer and see what my luck is. I do not recommend this printer.
