Good product. Just a couple pitfalls in setting up

Great product. Works well once set up. Initially, I could not get it set up and required a "hard" reset. Would have been nice this was mentioned in the enclosed manual, or they make it step #1 so you don't have this issue. A real pain to have to call customer service and try to figure out. I was almost ready to send it back. Also had a problem with it not reconnecting to the router if power went off. Luckily, my network provider (Brighthouse) was very good about helping me change my router settings to get it to work. Very happy now, and have bought 5 more now that I have it all figured out.
