Super Sharpener
this sharpener does a great job of putting a very, very sharp edge on my kitchen knives.
Of course, you have to be careful not to cut yourself during the sharpening step.
Occasionally, a knife will "chatter" when being pulled through the sharpening slot, but a pass through the next larger slot will eliminate "chatter" during return to the 20 degree slot.
I'm a bit of a snob when it comes to knife sharpness; I have used a flat diamond file to sharpen my knives, but have often been unsatisfied with the resulting sharpness. The diamond file surfaces were not at fault, but my inability to consistently attain an appropriate sharpening angle with the diamond tool was. This sharpener solves my problem.
