Just what I needed

I picked this mount because I wanted a more direct ground for my antenna, a quad-band Diamond CR8900 with SO239 mount. I mounted it on the back of my company 2015 Sprinter van. Had I used a mount on the door, I would have had to ground the door. The door opens 270 degrees and any ground conductor would have been a foot or more long. I had to enlarge the mount hole slightly because the SO239 uses a slightly larger hole than the 3/8" mount. A vice and stepper bit made this easy. I used 1/4"x20 stainless bolts instead of the provided stainless screws due to the weight of my antenna.
