They are ok.
It’s ok, I use it for cycling and is hard to operate, can never get the volume as loud as I want it to be.
Also gets in the way of the glasses and the wire in the back is kind of annoying.
Sound quality is good except when windy, inside the ear and the wraparound loop is confortable.

For minor issues it’s ok, but lacks items for serious wounds.
Good quality well built, for the money it should have more important items, like a torniquet,antibiotic cream and butterfly band aids.
