Awesome amp! to be had
1 of 1 found this helpful My experience with the 800a2 was great! These amps pack lots of power for being there size. When i first got it i expected it to be maybe bigger! They don't draw much power and pound subs hard! They can also get quite hot during normal usage but never cut off on me. Great amps if you can find one out there for cheap. I highly recommend these amplifiers.

Old school Rockford fosgate power amp! I recommend!
3 of 3 found this helpful Extremely powerful and reliable amplifier to push those power hungry subs. Also if you don't have a strong enough electrical system in your car performance will suffer. Power Or Punch can't go wrong with either. People say there's a big difference between the two but I think not. Both pack lots of power. Don't believe me? Try one.

Excellent amplifier for the money! Great power output.
0 of 5 found this helpful My review is based on this Punch 75.2, well it's a good amplifier with a decent amount of power to push maybe a 10 or 12" sub nothing more or it'll over heat. I used to have the Punch 55.2 and was a very nice little amplifier as well pushed my rockford fosgate punch power DVC at 2 ohms mono in a ported box in my honda civic 1994 coupe was the loudest little setup until i got my hands on a Punch 75.2 it got louder! and deeper the bass. I'd lik to try the Punch 125.2 & 225.2 someday. I'd seriously recommend these older punch amps they can't be beat trust me you will love them don't let size & the "37.5 watt x 2 rating fool you. I think it easily puts 300 RMS easy bridged 4 ohm or 320 at 2 ohms but I wouldn't recommend it. Get your self one of these or the 125.2 or 225.2 those are probably beasts!
