Great communication, described it perfectly, wrapped carefully and bubble wrapped with the really nice stuff, all around the coffee maker really well, I mean there were about 10 pieces and they were all there and ALL wrapped perfectly and stored safely inside the unit for protection, not to mention that it was then given a "surrounding cushioned barrier"-I mean you could have tossed the box out the back of the delivery truck into the street and this Cuisinart would be FINE. 100
