Bought three TSW panels with mounts . Panels were fine, but the mounts were not original but incomplete universal brackets which come in two pieces which I didn’t know. That’s on me. The seller was very slow to respond with “standard what’s in the picture etc”. I reached out again with pictures as one of the mounts sent was different from the listing (it’s actually the second part of the universal bracket), the seller responded by saying “buy the mounts from elsewhere . See attached pictures.

We are sorry you weren't completely satisfied with your purchase. We hate sounding like a broken record, but we do state in every listing that you receive what is pictured. We politely suggested that you would need to look for the specific additional piece you wanted through a second-hand store or seller. They are available online. Seller complained that item did not come with a power cord. As it states in all our items for sale, you receive what is pictured in the ad. It says this word for word in every item description we have up on eBay. There wasn't a power chord pictured in the ad, so it did not ship with a power cord. There is nothing "dishonest" about this transaction. We are sorry you didn't take the time to read the item description properly. It is probably a good idea going forward.
