The Untold Story of Emmet Louis Till (DVD 2006)
This documentary should be shown in every high school across the country. This is a heartwrenching account of the torture, beating and murder of a 14 year old boy. I have a 14 year old son...and this really hit home for me. I am so upset that this child never received justice and that his mother died knowing that the men responsible for the mutilation, torture and murder of her only child got away with this horrible crime and then later accepted money to tell the truth and confess to their awful crime, knowing they could not be tried twice for the same crime. God bless Mamie Till-Mobley (Emmett Till's mother)who had the strength and courage to take a stand and show the world what had happened to her son. It is an outrage that these men were never brought to justice in this world, but it is my belief that they will stand before God and will be held accountable by Him. This documentary will sadden and outrage anyone with a heartbeat. Emily LePore
