    This has been an awful transaction. I was sent an inferior product from Canada, in this case a book, a cheap book club edition, not stated. I only received a partial refund from the seller, and neither they or ebay have helped me, passing responsibility from one to the other, so that I have a cheap book and am out of pocket as well. The seller put me in this mess but doesn't care. I am elderly and it has upset me greatly. Couldn't be a worse transaction.

    I'm not a seller from Canada. I gave a full refund asap. This buyer wanted an additional 20.00 more than they paid. I did all possible to please. This buyer might have mixed me up with some other seller. I'm not sure. Ebay needs to remove this comment.

    I purchased this item and when the seller got it out for shipment, fading of the fabric was noticed which the seller advised was quite noticeable; I was immediately contacted about the defect and was offered a refund which is the route I took. I truly appreciated the seller's honesty and integrity in contacting me.
