Good workouts that keep me entertained
I have been using this almost daily for the past 6weeks. I have found it much more interesting than the Wii Fit, I used this but would not keep it up as much as it became boring.
It is annoying the avatar profiles are restricted and do not cover features that would fit with my ethnicity e.g. broader noses! but this isn't the end of the world.
It is helping me to workout more often and keep track of what I have done. I have noticed a change in my flexibility, have lost some weight and my shape is changing for the better. I followed the "personal trainer" option which started my workouts at around 15 mins, they have now increased to around 30 mins.
I would highly recommend to anyone who would like to do an interesting and varied workout without having to re-programme every time. It is also a bonus that I do not have to pay a fee or leave the house so save tie too!
