Advertised as “New - other”, but the item received was definitely used. The plastic was discoloured and the switch and timer index graduations were well-worn. However, the item functions correctly and got my boiler back up and running, so no problem there. Delivery was prompt and well packaged, I just think the description was a bit misleading given the actual condition of the item.
