Manfrotto 190XPROB Tripod and Manfrotto 494RC2 Ball Head
Great tripod. I'm 6' and only have to raise the center column a few inches to use the camera without bending over. The tripod is very stable. The ability to position the legs independently lets you set up on very uneven ground. The swing out center column is great when you need to shoot straight down or get very low to the ground.
The 494RC2 Ball head holds a DLSR firmly but is a little small for the 190XPROB Tripod. When I use my D7100 with a 300mm lens it will droop just a little when it is tightened down. I replaced the head with a 496 which fits the tripod perfectly and support the camera much better. I put the 494 on my monopod which it fit perfectly.
