Needed for Mesh pads
Plan to order a DW tom stand but poles may be too thick for use with Roland mesh pads. DW recommended Gibraltar arms as substitutes since DW does not seem to bother with this type of optional device despite pictures on their website to the contrary.
I have only checked these parts to see if they do fit the Roland pads. They do with plenty of room for adjustment so they function as advertised. Now stored away until I finally order the double tom stand by DW.

Great--thanks to Dremel!
I bought a Drumnetic pedal for my Roland Drum kit. The kick pad is a mesh variety so it is not recommended to use felt beaters due to potential damage. The beater that came with the Drumnetic pedal is nice but it has a felt beater. Also, the beater shaft only goes into the holder a certain distance rather than going all the way through the other side. I had to use an old plastic faced beater I had on hand as a temporary measure. This made it impossible to adjust the beater height to align on the exact strike point on the mesh pad where I prefer it.
Solution was to get the Trick Drums Pro-1 which has a beater head that can be moved up and down along the shaft thereby making the height adjustment easy to do.
Problem on arrival of the Trick was that it was a bit to tight to fit into the Drumnetics holder. Using my old portable Dremel tool with a grinding wheel, I was able to reduce the shaft width at the bottom end just enough to fit it into the holder. Shouldn't be necessary if different manufacturers would ensure their products share some universal standards but it worked for me. Adjustment of beater head height was now easy to accomplish.
As a bonus, the whole pedal assembly feels so much better and control is vastly improved. No more need to build in "bounce" control on multiple kicks as you get exactly what you put into it with your foot. Only problem is your excuse about equipment is gone and all poor technique is strictly of your own making.
Definitely a very expensive beater compared to most others but worth every penny as the hours spent on your drum kit pass by.
