3 of 3 found this helpful Replaced my old Keurig with this. Love it...mostly. The carafe does not keep the coffee hot as long as other brands I’ve owned. (I fill it with very hot water and let it sit for awhile before brewing.) If you want a hot pot of coffee for a few hours, you’d be better off getting one with a glass pot and heated plate or a different brand. I do like being able to brew a pot or a k-cup and the ability to move the water reservoir to either side or the back, as well as it being much easier to fill than my previous Keurig. It also takes up a little less space.
